WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE STARTUP OF THE YEAR SUMMIT
Startup of the Year Summit is traveling to Tampa for a live, in-person event from January 25 - 27, 2022. Your health and safety is important to us, thus we have implemented the following policies and procedures. Please note these may be subject to change given the fluid nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and local health guidelines.Startup of the Year has partnered with TGH Prevention Response Outreach (TPRO), the infection prevention specialists at Tampa General Hospital, to assess and provide guidance regarding our Summit’s COVID policies/protocols.REQUIRED: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR Proof of a Negative PCR Test
Startup of the Year Summit attendees must register via CLEAR and show proof of either full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR Test in order to pick up a Startup of the Year Summit badge.- “Full vaccination” is defined as 2 weeks after the 2nd dose of an mRNA vaccine or 2 weeks after a single dose of the J&J/Janssen vaccine. Boosters are not required but are strongly recommended.
- Negative PCR tests must have been taken no more than 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
- Once you have provided your proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test and picked up your badge, you will not need to verify your status again.
To simplify and speed up badge pickup, Startup of the Year Summit will use CLEAR, a secure, 3rd party platform, to collect proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR test. CLEAR’s free mobile app and Health Pass feature provides a simple and secure way for this information to be managed. See the CLEAR Instructions below.ADDITIONAL MEASURES
